Account Setup & Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services, we may require access to your Instagram account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and ensure that your account is in good standing with Instagram. Growth Viral securely stores login data using encryption and takes your privacy seriously.

Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with Instagram’s policies. We are not liable for any penalties or actions Instagram may impose on your account.

Third-Party Fulfillment Contractors

All growth services provided through Growth Viral are fulfilled by independent third-party vendors. Growth Viral does not directly operate or control the fulfillment of these services. These companies operate under service contracts with Growth Viral. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement.

Service Expectations

We aim to provide strategic engagement that encourages organic growth. However, results may vary depending on your content, audience, and niche. Growth Viral does not guarantee a specific number of followers, likes, or engagement metrics.

We do not promise followers or engagement metrics, nor do we provide fake engagement of any kind. Our goal is long-term, sustainable community growth.

Limitations of Liability

Growth Viral is not responsible for any penalties Instagram may enforce, including bans or reduced reach. External platform changes, your own account activity, and third-party tools can impact results.

• Loss of followers or engagement
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Account suspension or permanent termination

By using our services, you agree not to hold Growth Viral liable for losses related to platform behavior or algorithm updates. We strongly encourage all users to familiarize themselves with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines before engaging with any third-party services. By using these services, you acknowledge and accept the potential risk of reduced visibility, account restrictions, or suspension at the sole discretion of Instagram or Meta.

No Control Over Instagram Actions

Growth Viral operates independently and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. While we provide services intended to enhance your presence on Instagram, we do not have control over Instagram’s internal policies, algorithms, or enforcement actions. As such, we cannot guarantee outcomes and are not responsible for:

• Account Suspension or Termination: Instagram may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion. Growth Viral is not liable for any such actions that may occur during or after the use of our services.
• Shadowbanning: Your content or account may experience reduced visibility due to Instagram’s shadowban policies, which are determined and enforced by Instagram without prior notice.
• Restrictions on Account Activity: Instagram may limit actions such as following, liking, commenting, or messaging based on its activity thresholds. These limitations are outside our control.
• Reduced Visibility of Content: Changes in Instagram’s algorithm or enforcement of its community guidelines may affect how your content is displayed or discovered. We do not guarantee visibility or engagement results.

By using Growth Viral, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of using third-party services on platforms governed by independent policies and terms.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.

You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Disclaimer

Growth Viral is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Facebook, Meta, Instagram, or any of their parent or subsidiary companies. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

We strictly prohibit the use of fake followers or any form of artificial account manipulation. If we detect that you are purchasing fake Instagram followers, your account will be immediately terminated without warning or refund. We are committed to maintaining a genuine and trustworthy platform for all users along with abiding by the Instagram Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, & Platform Policy. We do not accept or work with Creators who violate these policies in any way, shape, or form.

Content and Likeness Usage

By signing up for Growth Viral’s services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote any content publicly available on your social media accounts—including your name, username, profile image, and posts—for marketing, testimonial, and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Showcasing your growth results
• Featuring your profile in case studies or client spotlights
• Sharing screenshots of your account performance across our website, ads, emails, and social media

We will never post on your behalf or modify your content. This usage is strictly for promotional content highlighting Growth Viral’s services and results. If you wish to revoke this permission, you may submit a written request to support@growthviral.co and we will remove your likeness and content from future promotional materials within a reasonable timeframe.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for unlawful or abusive purposes, including:

• Violating Instagram’s terms
• Attempting to mislead or defraud
• Engaging in harassment or malicious activity

Right to Refuse Service

Growth Viral may refuse or terminate service at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Harassment of staff
• Falsified information
• High-risk payment methods
• Instagram accounts in violation of Instagram’s guidelines
• Requests outside the scope of our standard services

Account Restriction

We do not work with or provide services to any Instagram account that violates Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or Platform Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts involved in:

• Hate speech or harassment
• Adult or explicit content
• Spam or deceptive practices
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Illegal activities
• Accounts ran by or for anyone under the age of 18 years old

If your account is found to be in violation of these standards, we reserve the right to restrict or deny service at any time without notice.

Age Restriction

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. No Results Guarantee

While Growth Viral provides tools and services designed to support social media growth, we do not guarantee specific results such as follower count, engagement levels, or income. Your success depends on various factors outside of our control, including the quality of your content, consistency in posting, audience interaction, and adherence to platform guidelines. It is your responsibility to create valuable content and remain active on your account to achieve the best possible outcomes.

User Content

Our Service allows you to upload, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you upload on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis(“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Growth Viral. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account subscription page or by contacting the customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Growth Viral with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.

Refund Policy

GrowthViral offers refunds strictly on a case-by-case basis, and only under circumstances where your account has not yet been set up or managed by our team.

Once GrowthViral has initiated account management, including initial setup, engagement, or any activity performed by our team, your payment becomes non-refundable.

If you believe you qualify for a refund due to lack of account setup or activity, please contact our support team promptly to evaluate your situation.

All refund requests are subject to GrowthViral’s discretion and final approval. You may update your billing information or modify/cancel your subscription plan at any time through your account dashboard to avoid unwanted charges.

Fraudulent Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks against GrowthViral. Any attempt to unjustly dispute or reverse a valid charge—after services have been delivered as described—will be considered fraudulent and may result in permanent termination of your account, banning from future services, and potential legal action.

GrowthViral reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks it deems fraudulent and may provide evidence of service fulfillment, including logs, transaction records, and account activity, to relevant banking institutions or payment processors.

By using our services, you acknowledge your understanding of this policy and accept responsibility for all authorized charges associated with your account.

Opt-In for Marketing Communications

By purchasing services from GrowthViral.co, you consent to receive marketing emails and communications from us regarding our products, promotions, and updates. You will be added to our email list upon completing your purchase or signing up for our services. These communications may include newsletters, special offers, and other marketing materials.

SMS Messaging & 10DLC Compliance

SMS Communications

Equity Capital, LLC. DBA GrowthViral may use SMS (text messaging) to deliver account-related messages, including but not limited to verification codes, security alerts, service notifications, and important updates related to your use of our services.

By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from GrowthViral in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-In & Consent

Users opt in to SMS communications by:
